Regarding the media coverage of delayed delivery of CM-32 Armored Vehicle chassis, the Ministry of National Defense has provided the following explanations:

1. The 209 factory under the Armaments Bureau has completed 6 performance supervision and progress survey according to the contract to grasp on the production progress of the manufacturer. The manufacturer promised to complete the delivery of the first batch at the end of February 2019, which is able to satisfy the annual production requirement of the CM-32 Armored Vehicle; in addition, any delay in delivery will be subject to a fine in accordance with the contact regulations.

2. The CM-32 Armored Vehicle is a major achievement from the research and development of autonomous national defense weapon and equipment, and will undergo acceptance procedure subsequently according to the contract regulations to satisfy the production requirement. The ministry hereby requests the continuous support of citizens.
